WQ #14: ¿Una casa o un apartamento?

Description

Until now, you have been staying with a local host family. The whole family is hospitable to you and is very caring. Now, as you are getting to know the community and customs, you would like to have more experiences on your own. To start, you would like to rent a place to stay; either an apartment or a house. You would like to start by checking local classified ads in newspapers and on the Internet.

Task

To find the best place where you will stay during the rest of the visit, check out local classified ads either online or in papers to see the availabilities. Classifieds usually contain abbreviated descriptions of features (size, number of rooms, facilities, etc.) and amount of the rent. Find the place that you like most, the rent, and contact information. For your reference, list the features of the place in Spanish and in English, the rent, and contact information (name, telephone, and/or email).
